      Avantages

      The branch I worked at was managed very well by the owners. They had concern for their window cleaners and made sure that they would get jobs that were worth the time and effort. The concern for their employees was top-notch!

      Inconvénients

      The software to manage routes, accounts, and scheduling is outdated. Need to update the software for office admins to be more effective.

      Typical small business issues, nothing that wasn't resolved promptly.

      Owner operated, really depends what franchise you’re in as it differs. A lot of flexibility and a lot of cold calling
