Inconvénients
Company believes only way to succeed and win contracts is to offer trainers from Europe to clients in Middle East and APAC. They do not care whether or not trainers add any value, as long as the ethnicity matches. The entire company is micro managed by the CEO who has developed this toxic culture and the employees people who follow his tune are rewarded, otherwise fired. The only way to succeed at FL is to lick boots of CEO or people close to him.
