      Great Culture, ability to do my best work, growth opportunities, focused on positively impacting ML students, good pay, remote first, flexibility

      Inconvénients

      This is not a con but considering we are a startup and have a lot of work to do and many wear a lot of hats which may not be the best fit for everyone. Health Care options and cost could see some improvements

      Avantages

      Work/life balance is pretty good outside of Back to School season. You get to know everyone's names and faces through semi-annual conferences that foster company alignment.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of change management. Different leaders with different ideas on where to lead the team. It can lead to confusion and decreased moral among the team.
