      Avantages

      The warehouse employees work together well. Probably a trauma bond due to all of the mistreatment they all endure together.

      Inconvénients

      No accountability The General Manager has no filter or respect for employees They save pennies by taking incentives due to employees. Overall, employees are not happy but have families to provide for Positions are filled “under the table” before being posted for applications
