Majority of the people are really nice.
One of the better training budgets, as far as few restrictions on how to use.
One of the better end-of-year company parties.
Mobility to a degree.

Relatively good retention for UX (but possibly many not worth poaching or marketable)

Not the best at following up.
Not the best at following through.
Zero conflict management.
Quality of work produced was questionable.
Seemed to be no standards, despite paying for some people to get certified, no adherence to best practices or what was taught by NNG
Had talked about quarterly lunches didn't follow through.
Talked about training event, didn't follow through.
What team members get sent to or recommended for certain conferences not explained, or discussed.
Had unresolved issues getting reimbursed for certifications I was asked to get. No annual review.
