Cette start-up ne se soucie que de ses dirigeants et maltraite les autres employés. L'instabilité de la direction empêche toute définition de la stratégie, des procédures et des opportunités de promotion. Ce manque de vision et d'avancement engendre un cycle infernal. À éviter absolument.
