Avantages

1. Lots of young team members and a good opportunity to grow. 2. Free snacks and some nice perks. 3. Laid back culture where people can work relaxed. 4. Not many users , so there isn't much firefighting.

Inconvénients

1. Not growing. The company is stuck at a measly figure of a hundred thousand active users. This is after 5 years. Competitors achieved this figure in a few months. 2. They recently shut down one of their offices in Delhi. 3. Very young team and no experienced people. You'll mostly be working with very junior people. 4. Dictatorship . Bhavin , the CEO, is like the Kim Jong Un of Flock. What he says is to be followed and he doesn't like feedback.

Flock has made a massive investment in the go-to-market team HQ'd out of Boston, with the focus to put the right people and team in place to grow the business exponentially The leadership team each have a proven track record of professional success and more importantly, after getting to know each of them, have a dedication to growing your personal career as well. Each employee is given tremendous amounts of autonomy to experiment, build and grow Team collaboration isn't going anywhere and Flock has already positioned itself to be a major player in the space - time to execute!

Inconvénients

As with any startup, the path has not been laid yet so there are the obvious growing pains - running into situations we haven't seen yet

Avantages

Comme toute entreprise technologique, elle paraît idéale de l'extérieur et pendant les premiers mois. Avantages sociaux corrects, avantages en nature appréciables.

Inconvénients

Aucune promotion, aucune perspective d'évolution. Le personnel est largement sous-payé et aucun dialogue constructif n'est instauré. Cette start-up ne se soucie que de ses dirigeants et maltraite les autres employés. L'instabilité de la direction empêche toute définition de la stratégie, des procédures et des opportunités de promotion. Ce manque de vision et d'avancement engendre un cycle infernal. À éviter absolument.
