Weak Management in Shipping
Manager allowed females to chit chat most of the day while I made sure work got done. NO room for growth. No type of acknowledgement for work being done.
Weak pay increase. Extreme favoritism shown to certain people. A lot of talk with little action. Policies constantly changing. A ton of turnover.
