      Avantages

      Grad salary is quite competitive especially in tech. Culture is quite good

      Inconvénients

      Pay doesn't go up with additional experience and contributions. They try and fight for good grads but don't care too much about retaining people after that. Too much management and not enough people doing work, hence the demand for graduates.

      Avantages

      Very small company with flat hierarchy so you can do your own projects

      Inconvénients

      Very non-systematic trading shop; most traders have little quantitative experience out of fast mental math, so it always underperforms competitors leading to extremely low salaries resulting in only poor quality traders and people stuck on visas reaching seniority
