      -Great students -Flexible hours -Not much else...

      Inconvénients

      -VERY high turnover (people leaving with absolutely no notice) -Curriculum too heavily managed by administration, little flexibility -No way to discipline students -Students treated as customers, not learners (in training manual, you are told to adopt a customer service attitude as their teacher) -Extremely disorganized administrative staff -Management has disrespectful attitude toward students -Pay is dismal

      Avantages

      Hours were set, schedule was some what flexible.

      Inconvénients

      CFO Luke was something else. Checks were never out on time to their housing clients. CFO talks to employees with no respect. Made the whole time unbearable. I don't know how this place is still running. I don't know how the students are safe wit the way they operate. All the reviews online across all platforms/websites about this place are true...
