      Avantages

      I worked remotely. I liked the process. It was more about getting the job done rather than them constantly monitoring my active time even though I had a time sheet as an intern. The team was great in teaching me the internal technologies and I learned a lot about the renewable energy industry and batteries despite not having a background in either. I think they also started a 401k for me as an intern? Great benefits.

      Inconvénients

      I honestly don't have any significant gripes about my time at Fluence or the company.
