      Fix on the fly is a common method, often people act before doing leg work to make sure they are correct in advising customer or co workers. Heavily reaction based work environment.

      Avantages

      I would encourage people to work there. Everybody was nice and it has flexibility and a good work/life balance.

      There were some nice personalities but that didn’t translate to positive management
