Avantages

They really work with your class schedule to get you the weekly hours you need and are very laid back, well organized employers. Great pay for a part-time job while going to college.

Inconvénients

The only con is if you aren't social or don't feel comfortable talking to people or driving engagement. This job isn't for you if that's the case.

Avantages

This role allowed me to work around my class schedule as a college student. I mostly interacted with the senior account manager / designer / internship coordinator and he was very receptive to new marketing ideas and worked with me to make them happen!

Inconvénients

The Student Ambassador program was set up where we didn't get paid till the end of the semester

Avantages

Training and equipment sent to properly become a Brand Ambassador are quite effective and efficient. The managers of each region are very responsive and are willing to help, and the resources they provide via their website are easily accessible and beneficial.

Inconvénients

Because the job is campus-wide across different universities in the nation, the business cannot completely help work around or bypass certain campus regularities. This causes difficulties in doing your job better by having to abide by these restrictions. The system also tends to glitch at times, but overall they are problems that you can overcome with innovation and intuition.
