Avantages

Lunch meals treated by the manager once in a blue moon. Office is in central, which is easy to get to.

Inconvénients

Poor management. First time I have learnt what micro managing is about within this company. A lot of arguments between management staff for a small company as this. Clients have terminated their contracts noticing the lack of quality provided by staff at Fluent 2. No refreshments and no benefits or training provided at all. Not paid on time. Once left remaining salary was not given for the month. Once of the highest staff turn over I have come across. No Bonus!

Poor management Endless temps/contractors Not paid on time Chaotic working Not a friendly environment Quite nasty in fact Grotty office Had to purchase own equipment and refreshments Unprofessional company No training No prospects of development Pay is way beneath market scale compared to other similar companies
