Avantages
I joined this company because of the good things I've heard, but I honestly don't know why Flybits is getting any praise at all, because as far as I can tell, working here has been horrible. The pay isn't too bad, but it's nothing to write home about, and there aren't a lot of opportunities for
Inconvénients
My experience with Flybits has been nothing but frustrating. The work environment is incredibly chaotic, stressful, and suffocating, and it's mostly thanks to the terrible leadership running the company. They are vain, incompetent, and controlling. they have no idea what they're doing, but set expectations sky-high, and act as if they know how to do your job 10 times better than you. My work-life balance is terrible because they keep making unreasonable demands and setting unrealistic deadlines, and they couldn't care less if what they're asking for is impossible. It's already frustrating enough having to keep up with brutal workloads, but they also love telling employees how to do their jobs and monitor their every move at all times, which does nothing except frustrate and get in the way. If it weren't for such awful leadership, this company would thrive a lot more, and employees would be much more satisfied.
