Inconvénients

The organization has significant structural and leadership problems that make it difficult for teams to operate effectively. In several departments, decision-making appears disconnected from real functional expertise, which leads to confusion, poor prioritization, and slow execution. In marketing in particular, there seems to be a lack of informed leadership, and that gap shows in both strategy and day-to-day management. Communication from senior leadership often relies heavily on vague corporate language rather than clear direction or demonstrated understanding of the work. That creates an environment where appearances are prioritized over substance, teams are left unclear on priorities, and meaningful progress is harder than it should be. At a broader level, the company seems to struggle with leadership judgment and organizational discipline. Poor decisions, ineffective planning, and operational mismanagement appear to be tolerated for too long, while commercial performance masks deeper issues that do not seem sustainable. One of the most concerning aspects is the lack of accountability. Questionable behavior, poor performance, and misleading reporting do not appear to be addressed consistently. In some cases, people seem to remain protected or simply moved into different roles instead of problems being resolved. That undermines trust and damages morale across the organization. The culture also feels weak and performative rather than genuine. Surface-level perks are presented as culture, while deeper issues such as retaliation, political behavior, poor transparency, and passive-aggressive dynamics go unaddressed. Instead of solving root problems, leadership often appears to manage optics. For people who value strong leadership, healthy culture, ethical standards, and clear accountability, this may be a frustrating place to work. The environment can feel demoralizing, overly political, and resistant to meaningful change.
