      Above average wage, some perks. Good people; great hours compared to the more extreme morning starts and [also morning] closes of a lot of places. Support and encouragement from owners for building personal projects and achieving goals outside of work.

      Inconvénients

      Limited chances to experiment with the menu. No clear delineation of responsibilities, or any system to keep employees accountable. Generally toxic atmosphere.

      Morning/night shift schedules usually unlikely to swing into unsustainable hours. Equitable tipout and decent perks. Transparent and above-average wages. Good, mostly nice people.

      Inconvénients

      Limited opportunities to learn/expand skillset as the production side can only support a very small changing menu. Generally toxic environment.
