      Avantages

      ForRent is part of the MFH industry, which is a fun field to work in. There is great synergy in our field office but that's because we are awesome.

      Inconvénients

      Internal company communications are terrible - there is no company culture in the field offices. Budgets are tight, employee engagement is low. Middle management is crippled by unattainable sales quotas. This company simply cannot compete with CoStar/Apartments.com and the writing is on the wall: this company will be sold very soon.

      Avantages

      Good products to sell and perks like sales contests to earn bonuses and vacations

      Inconvénients

      Due to all of the admin work like writing agreements, building websites, taking photos and making changes to websites when needed, sending ad proofs to every print client for copy changes every 4 weeks, and meeting with 40 clients to service account every month, only about 20% of time is left to actually sell.
