      - Good product - Good culture - Really nice coworkers

      Inconvénients

      Managerial posts are only reserved for CEOs friends, no matter the results (or lack thereof). Management changes strategy constantly (firing people on the way) but never get to established a solid one. People in charge of departments with no previous experience or even good results in previous roles

      Avantages

      Working within a dynamic team where you have the opportunity to interact with all different divisions of the company. ForceManager is still small enough that it has the family feel of a start-up but growing fast which means there are always exciting opportunities opening up for those ready to demonstrate initiative.

      Inconvénients

      Must be ready to step out of your comfort zone and be willing to try new things. If you are not a self starter and want to work for a company where you are given rigid instructions to follow on a daily basis, this may not be the best place to work.
