      No increment. Pay cuts. Layoffs without any valid reason. Too much politics - specially at mid management level No HR policies. HR is non existent Favoritism shown to old employees

When recurring themes like leadership gaps, culture issues, or work life imbalance keep showing up, a high overall score starts to feel less like a reflection of reality and more like a curated perception on Glassdoor.
