It is a job and something to show on your resume.

Poor "leadership" that is only interested in offering sub-par products to make a sale, but is clueless about true innovation and ethics. Top leadership is extremely ungrateful to those who actually generate revenue and it shows given that the company has been around for many years and yet is insignificant within the industry and unheard of among those working within the telecommunications industry. The CEO and the second in-command are oblivious about what it takes to run a good company. They have no concept of fairly compensating people since they rely on hiring people who are either fresh out of college and/or people desperate for a job since the countries they hire in tend to be overwhelmingly economically-challenged countries. Many people leave once they have the chance. Top leadership (including HR) is also clueless about when it comes to ethics that most fifth graders posses. Bottom line: The CEO and second in command only care when it is money that they make, but when it comes to paying people what is rightfully theirs they couldn't care less.
