Avantages

- Decent flexibility and remote work. - A few teams still maintain a supportive culture.

Inconvénients

- Performance expectations are driven more by visibility than by actual impact. - Layoffs have become routine, as the company expects a performance curve to be applied across all teams, ensuring that some employees are always rated poorly regardless of actual impact. - Complex internal systems make it difficult to deliver without constant friction.

Avantages

Seriously some of the smartest and nicest people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Great culture and the technology is the real deal so it's nice to be able to position solutions to clients you know you can deliver.

Inconvénients

UK headquartered company that is still growing in the US. Target market is large banks who can be slow to move

Avantages

Colleagues are incredibly intelligent and motivated, but their efforts are consistently undermined by a lack of support from management.

Inconvénients

Recent layoffs were handled poorly, with no regard for the individuals affected. I was laid off and my manager never even spoke to me to say goodbye. In fact, management doesn't inform anyone when someone is let go, so you usually only find out when someone's account is deactivated. The CEO appears out of their depth and lacks a clear vision for the company. This created an atmosphere of uncertainty and fear. While the work itself was engaging, the toxic culture ultimately outweighs any positives.
