      1. Well established and consistently maintaining the good financial results 2. Flexible and very knowledge oriented work environment 3. Location 4. Very good at maintaining the connectivity between top most management team and to the employee all the way down 5. Very good for the employee in improving the skill set

      1. Could be little bit better at having the social activities like employee connectivity and other community services

      4/3 Compressed Work week allowed us to have every other week 4 days off

      Inconvénients

      Training process lacked structure and clear measurable testing that demonstrated employee actually knew the new skills that was required.
