Avantages
The general staff was pleasant to work with and the ability to see something from beginning to end was satisfying because you got the chance to wear alot of hats. I enjoyed working with customers and providing excellent customer service.
Inconvénients
Company could improve on employee communication. If you do not have any outside committments and love working long hours, you might like it. Virtually no room for growth or advancement. If you like being a "do-er" and that is it - then this is might be the place for you. Healthcare is expensive. Not a place for proactive leaders, company does NOT like new ideas or positive change unless it's a management idea.
