Salary package is not competitive depending on experience More market and competitor analysis needed as Microsoft releases inbuilt reporting options Nice and helpful collegues Need to get better at reducing bugs, too many hotfixes between releases Sometimes resource shortage can cause burnout, especially as customer base is increasing
