*There isn't a lot of room for advancement since it is a small company. Most people stay in the same role for many years. People have left due to the stagnation in career advancement. *There can be crunch time close to release where people work on weekends and nights *No 401k matching *Bonus/compensation changes are unclear *Lack of a solid standardized process, but this is improving.
