      Avantages

      Totale autonomie et flexibilité des horaires (vous gérez votre planning et vos tâches) Bonne rémunération et avantages intéressants (Car allowance, RSU, bonne mutuelle, bon CSE) Excellents produits (il est facile de s’investir quand les solutions qu’on propose sont de très bonne qualité) Facilité d’avoir des Lab/produits (appliances, licences…) pour un usage personnel. Disponibilité et accessibilité du management. Accueil et ambiance générale.

      Inconvénients

      Process d’onboarding assez costaud (90 premiers jours intenses). Il faut apprécier se taper des centaines d’heures de vidéo/formations (notamment pour les Systems Engineer).

      1. WLB is good. Working hours are flexible. I can go to the office at 11 2. No politics in the office 3. No micro-management

      Avantages

      - It "used to be" work life balance - great manager(only works if you work for the right guy)

      Inconvénients

      - It used to be a visa-friendly, all of a sudden, the company decides to review everyone's visa extension without any further transparent notice. - Pay is way more lower than industry average. - It varies depends on team. Follow the right boss, you will be in heaven. Follow the wrong boss, you will enjoy "Chinese 996 management" - Old technical skillsets Don't come.
