Ridiculous overtime, Lack of any human empathy - Avis employé Assistant Architect Foster + Partners

If you are in any architect role that isn't at a senior level expect to be worked till you burnout. Regular all nighters occur, working weekends going 14 plus days without a break under the guise that you will get days in lieu. Only for partners to claim it was done willingly because of their great motivational skills and not the fake days in return or fear of being fired running over your head. Unfortunately the company has a great space and array of tools but the culture is completely rotten to the core. Senior partners lack any human empathy and many do not have knowledge of the required programs assuming task will be done faster than the speed of technology. Good luck being provided with any training opportunities and career development.
