Work from home. Amazon gift cards for performance reviews. If you are white and mormon this is the place for you.
Inconvénients
Scott is somehow in charge of sales. he is a very nice person, but inadequate for the role. The company has outgrown him. Very Mormon based, meetings will involve scriptures and scripture stories. The old boys club is still alive and strong at Fox
Avantages
Working for Fox Pest Control has been such a positive experience. Fox has helped me grow not only professionally, but also as a person, a mother, and a leader. I have been given opportunities to learn, stretch myself, and become more confident in who I am and what I’m capable of. One thing I really appreciate about Fox is that they understand employees have lives outside of work. They do a great job encouraging growth while also respecting the importance of work-life balance. I’ve felt supported in being successful at work while still being present for my family and personal life. The company culture is centered around teamwork, accountability, service, and strong core values. What stands out to me is that Fox doesn’t just talk about its values — they truly incorporate them into everything they do. You see those values show up in big decisions, daily conversations, leadership expectations, and even in the day-to-day hustle. Fox holds itself and its people to a high standard, and I believe that commitment is a big part of why the company has been so successful. Like any fast-growing company, there are challenges and busy seasons, but I’ve always appreciated the emphasis on improvement, problem-solving, and supporting one another. Overall, Fox has been a great place to work, especially for someone who values leadership development, teamwork, accountability, and making a positive impact.
Inconvénients
The only real challenges I would mention are that Fox is a fast-paced company with high expectations. During busy seasons, the workload can feel heavy, and because the company is always growing and improving, change happens often. That said, I do feel those challenges are part of what creates so much opportunity for growth. Fox is a great fit for someone who is willing to take ownership, receive feedback, and continue improving.

Support from peers, other branch managers and members of your individual office team is good to great! They focus on leadership development and training, 18 core values they use to help guide decisions and actions of the employees and company
Inconvénients
Core values are used as a shield, along with the saying “culture fit” If you are a part of the LGBTQIA+ community or on the spectrum be aware that “culture fit” is code for “are they like us”. The old reputation of Fox only hiring members of the majority religion has faded, but the top leadership still use “culture fit” as code to make sure “the right people ” are brought in. I personally saw this, and was told by other employees who saw or felt similar situations happen. There are wonderful people at Fox who don’t have, or let their biases affect them and how they interact with others, but they view people different from them as a valuable and a culture add!! The core value of Relationships first and viewing the person “bigger than the problem” only lasts until they (direct leader/manager) no longer view you as worth the effort or energy needed to coach support that individual. You will be micro managed by direct Leadership. You will spend 2+ hours of your day transferring data from the KPI onto excel sheets, for daily, weekly & monthly reports. This is data that every manager or leader has access to. It’s busy work and not an efficient use of time and talent. Leadership will express that you can and should bring questions or concerns to your leaders, if you do go to them with problems, questions or concerns, be prepared to be labeled as “negative” or you that you have a bad attitude and now you are the problem. They will say that they want managers that are strong and focus on building relationships and growing employees into leaders, but promote managers with the managing style of The hammer (manager) and nail (subordinates) where numbers show the value of the individual. And they wonder why they can’t keep employees. You have been pushing those types of leaders in operation for 2+ years and wonder why CSR. Dispatchers, Team leads, BOMs among other are leaving and are not feeling valo, seen or heard.
