      Avantages

      Leadership is very transparent with most information - more so than other firms where I worked. Pay is fair and benefits are good. Lawyers and Business Professionals know each other and have real conversations. Good teamwork in my department. The firm gave bonuses at the end of the last fiscal year to every employee due to having a very good year financially. Good work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      The firm is growing rapidly so there are growing pains, but leadership is sincere in addressing them.

      Avantages

      Work life balance and the staff and associates are great. Some partners are kind as well.

      Inconvénients

      You have to deal with a lot of temperamental partners. There are a lot of office politics, so you need to be careful who you make angry and who to ally with.
