      Avantages

      Depending on your team and job description, you benefit from a flexible work environment. The atmosphere in the office is quite laid back. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The management are very loyal and it's almost unheard of that people are let go.

      Inconvénients

      There can be a lot of disorganisation in terms of reporting structure and expectations.

      Avantages

      Benefits & PTO are great. Clients are great though some can be high maintenance as expected. Support staff are good collaborators for the most part. Lots of professional development opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Mediocre work/life balance. Most teams work past 5:30, remote work is treated as a perk not a right and dependent on your team leader whether it’s respected. Hopefully you get on a good team as it’s difficult to move within teams and work on other visa types.
