      Avantages

      • Good leave coverage • Dental benefits • Annual medical check-up • Good work-life balance • People here are generally nice

      Inconvénients

      • Work is mundane after a while, everyone is doing the same thing • Inconsistency and uneven standards across consultants, some are promoted just because they have worked here for a long time • Lack of clarity and transparency from managers and upper management especially when there are escalations • Upper management tend to cave in to clients’ needs, neglecting their own employees - resulting in double standard • Crack in the system - tend to sweep problems under the rug

      Avantages

      Benefits & PTO are great. Clients are great though some can be high maintenance as expected. Support staff are good collaborators for the most part. Lots of professional development opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Mediocre work/life balance. Most teams work past 5:30, remote work is treated as a perk not a right and dependent on your team leader whether it’s respected. Hopefully you get on a good team as it’s difficult to move within teams and work on other visa types.
