      Avantages

      A warm and friendly work environment. The people are what make it so great here, and all new hires (without fail) are nice people. We recruit well. Great company culture and values - they donate lots of profit to charities and show they care about their staff by providing meaningful benefits like 8% pension and free private healthcare. Great work/life balance. FYI I am in head office, not retail.

      Inconvénients

      Progression and pay. Lean team structures don't facilitate movement and salaries are low. Innovation and creativity is stunted by old habits and teams are slow to achieve things.

      Everything was well organized. All the employees were nice and kind.

      Avantages

      Clothing allowance is decent. Staff is very down to earth and chill.

      Inconvénients

      Minimum wage job, no commission, no benefits, (benefits are for full time and full time is only for managers) Seems to be a cultural disconnect from the US location and the EU locations, Alot of downtime during the week. Sometimes the weekends can be slow as well. No opportunity to move up in the company since all offices are in the UK.
