      Decent pay and benefits like bday £20

      Inconvénients

      - toxic environment - manager sleeping during working hours - pay is done weirdly - was once made to hide behind a clothing rail by assistant manager so they could lock me in and pop home on their shift - since leaving the job and working other places I have heard other people in the cities poor experience with the manager and have realised what a terrible workplace it was

      Everything was well organized. All the employees were nice and kind.

      Actually there were no cons on my experience.

      Avantages

      Clothing allowance is decent. Staff is very down to earth and chill.

      Inconvénients

      Minimum wage job, no commission, no benefits, (benefits are for full time and full time is only for managers) Seems to be a cultural disconnect from the US location and the EU locations, Alot of downtime during the week. Sometimes the weekends can be slow as well. No opportunity to move up in the company since all offices are in the UK.
