Exec comp at FWC is a good career if you like working with big name clients, don't mind tedious work occasionally, and are comforted to be in a semi-recession proof field. Partners and Managing Directors will not ask you to do anything they have not done themselves; this includes long workdays and sometimes weekends. You will need to be humble when corrected and spend your own time reviewing mistakes so that you can learn from them. The interview process may seem intense, it is because each office has to make sure you can get along with most everyone. Each office is small, and you will be working together closely.
