      Avantages

      Nice coworker to work with. Very considerable for employee. Respected whatever your position is. Easy or proper workload which can balance your work and life.

      Inconvénients

      There is not much technical improvement, because the environment of low-level layer at outsourcing industry. Not stable for your position, often be fired when project is over.

      Avantages

      Outsourcing company, everything is on your own, dealing with client, managing offshore team, managing your time etc.

      Inconvénients

      When you want some support from manager team, usually it's slow.
