Higher ups foster a collaborative atmosphere - Avis employé Secretary Freeman Mathis & Gary

The atmosphere at FMG is surprisingly collaborative. It’s not just that we’ll go to one another for advice on a case. Everyone is genuinely willing and interested in helping each other out. I feel like at other firms it would feel disruptive to constantly be helping other attorneys and offering expertise, but since it’s so commonplace and it’s never just one or two people doing it for everyone else, it’s the exact opposite. I feel like the work gets done more quickly and the quality is better because of it.
