Administration side of the firm is poorly managed - Avis employé Billing Analyst Freeman Mathis & Gary

-Overtime is often required or heavily encouraged. -Room for growth is promoted by the firm, but not practiced. -Administration has gone through 5 or 6 "organizational changes" in the last two years. -Billing software is incompatible with the firm's needs, and if you run into problems you are told to submit a helpdesk ticket that will most likely never be answered/won't solve the issue. -Everyone is new ( <5 years) & new hire training consist of watching videos -Management & attorneys can work from home, but not staff -covid policy never made clear, was not communicated well
