Perspective commerciale
Avantages
- Senior counsels and associates are nice. Can't say the same for higher managers. - Be careful with whom you talk to, the office is a back stabbing environment. - Secretaries are somewhat helpful.
Inconvénients
- You will receive minimum training and be expected to take-off. - Only apply if you have 5 years of experience in high volume litigation. - Be careful with the instructions given, they are not clear. Ask questions! - PTO is generous, but you can't use it. There is no work-life balance unless you know how to work the system.
