      Avantages

      Phenomenal range of graphic projects. They are very big on diversity and picking the best talents.

      Inconvénients

      Advancing is a little shaky due to their structure constantly changes every few years and sometimes there is a huge flux of work and not enough people to help so management doesn't have the proper time to discuss your career path internally.

      Avantages

      They pay well compared to other agencies.

      Inconvénients

      Working for the XP/agency is not worth the high pay. It's incredibly disorganized, lacking in true leadership, and overall the management is toxic. The workloads are extreme causing little work life balance and there is limited diversity. There is a HIGH turnover rate for a reason.
