      flexible hours, fully remote job

      Inconvénients

      1970’s office culture: you get talked down, criticized in front of large groups of colleagues. It’s just a very outdated type approach to talent. I would avoid. There’s tons of good companies hiring out there.

      Avantages

      There is a lot of opportunity for growth and the company is growing and expanding daily. The technology and advancements are fascinating and the leadership is always open to new ideas. Everyone is helpful and collaborative

      Time zone differences can be difficult to manage if you have poor time management skills

      Nice peer group to work with

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management, the company was always strapped for cash but upper management was completely manic so they would make wild hires and then start firing people because they had no money. Any revenue is tied to one huge client so when they inevitably pull the plug on this experiment the company will fail.
