Avantages

There are no pros with this company. They have significant turnover. Since 2015, they are on their third CFO, forth Project Coordinator, and they have lost two key accounting people. The numbers do not lie. There simply is too much turnover within the company.

Inconvénients

Based on previous reviews, staff needs regional support; however, the so-called executive team has no real expertise in managing operations to support key people, Project Coordinators’ or regional staff, and there is no consistency within the ranks. You have at least one terrible executive on the investor relations side in Oregon. Investor relations executives should be confident, respectful, and strong leaders. Overall, they must know how to support and mentor, not undercut and setup staff for failure.
