This is not a controlling company. The CEO genuinely cares about the welfare of the residents and staff, this is not just a heads in bed sort of mentality. Our RVP and other home office staff are very reachable and hands on as needed. When difficult or challenging issues arise, they are always professional and caring. I am thankful to be a part of a caring, ethical company.

Negatives are not something I can speak of truly. No company is perfect, but Frontier sincerely makes every effort to address, take care of and follow up with issues that arise.
