not competative on salary, they don't promote within unless you have a college degree. Most of the people that have been here have done the jobs, themselves but they hire college grad. to do the job,but don't know anything about the job function and the one's that have been here have to train there new boss. Most of the time the either quit in a year and anf hve to start all over again.
