      Avantages

      Pretty easy to expense things. Some cool people outside the executive team.

      Inconvénients

      Management doesn’t care about employees unless you are related to/friend of/frat bro to one of the execs. Managers expect to have access to employees all the time, but don’t make themselves available. Not competitive pay for the market.

      Healthy competition amongst sales team, ability to work from home when necessary, flexible hours as long as you're hustling

      Violent behaviors from leadership, things were thrown in the office. substances abused, problematic power dynamics, just stay away, not worth it.
