The company offers a collaborative environment where you can work with experienced developers. They also provide access to learning resources and flexible work schedules. The team is supportive and the projects are diverse, allowing for growth and hands-on experience.
Inconvénients
The workload can be intense at times, and deadlines can be tight. There’s also a need for more structured mentorship for junior developers to help navigate more complex projects. Compensation could be more competitive compared to industry standards.
