Working with US clients - Avis employé Software Engineer Fullstack Techies

I joined as a Data Analyst here about 2 years ago and in this duration I have got to work on various kinds of projects. This company is working on different kinds of projects and exposure to a variety of tools like Advanced Ms Excel, Tableau, Python, R, UiPath, etc. I always wanted to be a data analyst. And for that, I needed to join a company that is not dedicated to a particular industry. AIMLEAP is that kind of company. Whenever I get stucks as a part of the projects, the project manager and our data analyst team discuss it together. A few of my colleagues are quite experienced so our discussions are quit helpful.

In the beginning, I was find the work a bit difficult because I had not used and familiar with Python, Uipath and few other tools. Gradually, I was able to learn very well here.

I have been working almost for a year with AIMLEAP. The best thing that I like about this office is its culture & management. In my past office, I was not so satisfied with some things. Whenever I Would report them to the HR, they would go unnoticed. But here, Whenever I have come across even a minor request, the HR has really helped me out. other than this, I am satisfied with how the work is going on here. My colleagues are supportive also. As a new person, I was able to adjust easily.

I have only been here for a year but have not seen issues here. As long as the HR Works actively, I won't face any issues.
