      Avantages

      Lots of pros to working here. Fun and friendly work environment. Room to grow as the company is getting bigger. Benefits include profit sharing, paid time off, health insurance, company matching retirement plan, and more! Pay raises are put into your hands through a level system. Plus you get paid to travel around the state and throw awesome parties.

      Inconvénients

      The work can get physical and a bit stressful from time to time as you are on a deadline to get the party ready. If you do not like being around people this could also be a con because often times there are hundreds of guests at the party. If a client gets stressed or upset on-site it can make the event a lot tougher as well.

      Always a variety of work. Great pay rate and I can pick and choose shifts I want to work.

      Sometimes being outside is hot in the summer.

      Down to earth people, family owned company

      Inconvénients

      TERRIBLE pay for how much work I had to do and what they expected from me. Job was posted as part-time, turned out to be full-time plus they wanted me to be onsite at events with also being in the office. They made the position seem very laid back when going into it but then they kept asking for more when it was a part-time position. The job requirements are ridiculously unrealistic. If you expect perfection from this position then pay more than $13! I was also promised partial commission during my time working here and NEVER got anything.

      I am sorry you had this experience while working with us. We are constantly trying to update our job descriptions and opportunities to fit the ever changing job market. We will use your criticism to continue on this path.
