      Flat management structure, openness to ideas from all parts of the company, great teams, experienced leadership, clear communication, all employees play the game during development, supprot for remote and hybrid work setups

      Inconvénients

      Incorporating external people means occasionally losing core competencies and institutional knowledge, not large enough to be safe from market forces if a game doesn't sell well
