      Avantages

      This is the type of working environment in which 'helper' and 'fixer' personalities can thrive. We get to help people all day long (and get paid to do it!!!)

      The salary arrangements are mediocre.

      Helping people and actually making an impact. Good management since they took over a few years back. Benefits, pay.

      Sometimes can get overwhelming helping people. But it is for a good cause.
