      Some friendly people left.. hope they find another job soon.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, lack of communication, redundancies that are trying to be covered up, lack of training, people get promoted due to high turnover not because they are competent.

      Great opportunity to learn the industry and see how the semiconductor works and functions across the entire industry and competition

      Inconvénients

      Long term relationships within the company and takes a long time to grow in the company. Accounts takes longer than usual to grow with challenges that comes out of nowhere.
